WAIVER and IMAGE RELEASE

Celebrate Trails Day

I agree, as a consideration of, and in consideration for, being permitted to participate in this Celebrate Trails Day Walk/Cleanup to freely and expressly assume and accept all risks of injury or death to the participant(s), or property loss or damage, including injury, death, loss, or damage attributable to the negligence of Union County Connects.

I agree to release the sponsors and promoters of the Celebrate Trails Day Walk/Cleanup including Union County Connects, Rails to Trails Conservancy,  and other sponsors or affiliated organizations, and their respective agents, directors, officers and employees from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages to my person or property which result, either directly or otherwise, from my participation in the Celebrate Trails Day Walk/Cleanup, including injury, death, loss, or damage to my person or property, including injury, death, loss, or damage attributable to the negligence of Union County Connects and its agents, directors, officers and employees.

I agree not to make a claim against or sue Union County Connects or other sponsors of affiliated organizations and their respective agents, directors, officers and employees for injuries, loss, or damages related to my participation in the Celebrate Trails Day Walk/Cleanup.

I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between Union County Connects and me. I am signing it freely and of my own accord and I recognize and agree that it is binding upon myself, my executor, heirs and assigns, and in the event that I am signing it on behalf of any minors, I have full legal authority to do so, and realize the binding effect of this contract on them, as well as on myself.

I hereby consent to Union County Connects use of my image and name, and Union County Connects and its officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all claims which may result at any time by reason of including, without limitation, claims of privacy.

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS RELEASE OF

LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ITS CONTENTS.
